• Post pre-order customers: Full payment (including tax) is due at time of order

You’ll receive confirmation of your deposit. When your trimmer is ready to ship (starting October 2025), you’ll receive a delivery notice by email. You’ll then have 30 days to pay the remaining balance. Shipping occurs after final balance is received.

Yes:

• Pre-order customers may cancel for a full refund within 30 days of order or before the cutoff date (whichever comes first)

• Post pre-order customers may cancel within 7 days of order for a full refund

• After those windows, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Yes. Each A1 Trimmer includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or operator error

• Improper maintenance

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Physical damage from external sources
